I started this journey because I deeply understand the frustration and loneliness that comes from feeling unheard by caregivers. For years, I endured pain and symptoms that never seemed to improve, no matter how many doctors I saw or treatments I tried. Each appointment left me feeling more invisible and ignored, and I knew something had to change.

The real turning point came when I experienced an ectopic pregnancy that almost ended my life and shattered my faith in becoming a mother again. I was left with deep physical and emotional scars after trying to conceive for so long, and my husband and I getting our hopes up over that positive pregnancy test, only to have it all end in devastation.

That's why I created Aura Health Coaching—a sanctuary born from my struggles and my desire to make a difference. Here, we believe every woman deserves to be truly heard, seen, and supported.
